In a workplace an employer is will need to under law (Noise at work Regulations 2005) to understand the exposure of the noise to their employees within the factory or workplace. The Control of Noise at Work Regulations (CoNAWR) 2005 have been put together in order to meet the European Union Physical Agents (Noise) Directive (2003/10/EC) for the reason to protect employees noise exposure risk within the workplace.
